How balances are worked out

Each house is charged the monthly dues for every month from the start month up to the month shown at the top, plus any arrears brought forward. Payments are applied to the oldest charge first, so the ageing shows how long the oldest unpaid month has been outstanding. Change "Accounts as at" to see the position at an earlier month end, for the AGM or the annual accounts.
